Estate Grenache 2020

The 2020 Dovecote Estate Grenache comes from our massal selection of 30-year-old own-rooted vines. It was fermented with native yeast and approximately 15% whole clusters for a subtle mushroomed earthiness that elevates delicate aromatics of wild berries and rose petals. The palate comes alive with honeyed orange peel, sweet capsicum, mulling spices, and boysenberry pie, all framed by an electric acidity that lingers long on the finish for excellent variability with a wide range of cuisine.
