Pinot Noir Donnachadh Vineyard 2022

The Donnachadh Vineyard (pronounced "done uh kah") is located in the heart of Sta. Rita Hills on Santa Rosa Road. This Pinot Noir is planted on a steep hillside block on marine-derived shale with high clay content, rock and cobble. Cool winds from the Pacific Ocean make for challenging conditions which results in smaller yields on this site.

​Tasting Notes

Plum, fresh berry notes and underbrush dominate the nose with hints of hard spice and graphite. Dark fruit lingers long and vibrant on the palate with earthy undertones.
